Great for the whole family
There is lots to do here and most things are free, There is paid council parking but there is also lots of off street parking. You can jump on the ferry play beach volley ball go for a walk kids can play on many of the free things. The only thing I would say is lacking is there are not too many places to eat. There is a small coffee shop at one end and a few restaurants at the pool end. But that makes it great for a picnic or BBQ with lots of grounds for that. There is also the beach with a stinger net section which is great for little kids. the blow up splash area is great but you have to pay for that.
